Policy For All Webinars & Workshops:
- No refund permitted
- Registration can be transferred to the next available event date
- Transfer request can only be considered once
- Transfer request must be received at least 48 hours prior to the original event date
Policy For All Courses:
- 100% refund if requested within 3 days of course initiation
- Refund requests must be mailed to us within said duration
- Refund will be issued within 10 working days of the request being approved
