Refund Policy

Policy For All Webinars & Workshops:

  • No refund permitted
  • Registration can be transferred to the next available event date
  • Transfer request can only be considered once
  • Transfer request must be received at least 48 hours prior to the original event date

Policy For All Courses:

  • 100% refund if requested within 3 days of course initiation
  • Refund requests must be mailed to us within said duration
  • Refund will be issued within 10 working days of the request being approved
